Hi there, I’m Jacqueline!
Hi, I’m Jacqueline. I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and certified Somatic Therapist offering therapy in Calabasas, Malibu, and throughout California via telehealth.
I believe people have a natural capacity for healing and change. Sometimes that sense of knowing gets harder to access when life feels overwhelming, painful, or disconnected. Therapy can be a place to slow down, come back to yourself, and reconnect with that inner clarity at your own pace.
I work from a relational, trauma-informed, and somatic lens. This means we pay attention not just to thoughts, but also to emotions, nervous system patterns, body experiences, and the ways your life experiences have shaped how you move through the world. In our work together, I try to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, compassionate, and grounded.
Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, trauma, burnout, low self-esteem, or relational stress. Others come in seeking support for ADHD, life transitions, postpartum and perinatal changes, emotionally complex family dynamics, or a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves.
My role is to support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom, the part of you that already knows how to move toward healing, safety, and meaningful change, even if it feels far away right now. I also help co-create a supportive, nonjudgmental space and offer clinical insight, tools, and skills when it feels helpful.
I care deeply about this work and about the people I get to sit with in it. My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you can be yourself without having to hold it all together, something grounding, collaborative, and deeply human.
Theraputic Approach
-
Somatic therapy integrates the mind and body, recognizing that healing happens not just through insight, but through the nervous system. This approach supports deeper regulation, integration, and a more embodied sense of self.
-
EFT helps you understand the deeper emotions and needs beneath conflict and disconnection. By strengthening emotional bonds, it supports more secure, connected, and fulfilling relationships.
-
IFS explores the different parts of you that may hold pain, protection, or past experiences. Through this work, we build a more connected, compassionate relationship within yourself.
-
ACT supports you in relating differently to your thoughts and feelings, while staying connected to your values. This approach helps you move forward with more flexibility, presence, and intention.
