Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy | Westlake Village • Calabasas • Malibu, CA

I work with children, adults, parents, and couples who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, autism, and highly sensitive individuals. I offer an affirming space to feel understood, supported, and more at ease in yourself.

WHAT WE FOCUS ON IN THERAPY

Our work is guided by your needs, pace, and goals. Common areas of support include understanding your nervous system and sensory profile, navigating burnout and overwhelm, and building rhythms of life that feel sustainable rather than depleting.

For many people, this work also includes making sense of a late diagnosis or a lifelong feeling of not quite fitting in.

We may also explore unmasking and identity development, emotional regulation that doesn’t rely on shame-based strategies, and executive functioning support that works with your brain rather than against it. Relationship dynamics, communication differences, and self-advocacy in work or school settings are also often part of this process.
